ABOUT US!

 

Shining Star Kids is owned and operated by the Simmons family. I am a highly-qualified Early Childhood-6th grade certified teacher with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education. I am also a former Cy-Fair Elementary School teacher with four years experience.

​

Our teachers are loving, patient, experienced and believe in preparing children for kindergarten through hands-on learning, weekly activity plans, theme-focused, repetitive and predictable routines and schedules throughout the day.

Child Safety

 

  • Shining Star Kids is licensed through the State of Texas to meet or exceed state standards.

  • Our wonderful teachers are all CPR/AED/Choking/First Aid Certified and complete all Pre-Service trainings as well as 30 or more professional development training credits per year 

  • We follow all safe sleep regulations.
